Association for the Advancement of Animal Breeding and Genetics
The Association for the Advancement of Animal Breeding and Genetics (AAABG) brings together animal breeders and geneticists from Australia and New Zealand at a conference every second year. Its proceedings run from volume 1 in 1979 (until 1995 under its first name, the Australian Association of Animal Breeding and Genetics) and are the working record of how genetic evaluation in both countries was built.
The association publishes its proceedings free on the AAABG website. Every paper we summarise links straight to its copy there when one exists.
