One platform, one record set

Everything the operation runs on — in one place that works where you do.

Mob and individual animals, NLIS and PIC compliance, weights and performance, and a real livestock trading statement. Entered once in the crush with no signal, synced at the shed, and on the books by the time you're at the kitchen table.

The idea

Four jobs, one record set — from the crush to the books.

Most farms run four systems that don't talk: a tag reader's app, a paddock notebook, a compliance folder, and a spreadsheet the accountant reconciles in July. Livestock Library is the single record those four jobs all read from and write to. Enter a treatment once and the withholding clock starts, the animal's history updates, and it flows through to the trading statement — no double entry, no reconciling four sources at tax time.

How it holds together

One record, entered once, true everywhere.

01 · Capture

In the yards, offline

Scan a tag, weigh a beast, log a treatment or speak a note — on the phone, with no signal. It's saved on the device the instant you do it.

02 · Sync

Back in range

The app syncs at the shed or the house. Because every record carries an ID from the device, two people working the same mob never create duplicates.

03 · Decide

On the books

The same entries drive compliance, performance and the trading statement in the back-office — so the numbers are ready when the accountant or the bank asks.

Why it doesn't lose data

Records are insert-only — a correction is a new, traceable entry, never an overwrite. That is how an NLIS or PIC audit expects history to read, and it's what lets two devices work the same mob offline and reconcile cleanly on sync.
