Every block on one screen. Live

See head, mobs and anything overdue across every property at a glance, then drill into a single block for the detail. The roll-up that makes “best in Australia” credible to the operations that stress-test it hardest.

A company running cattle across a dozen stations needs two views that don’t fight each other: the whole picture, and the single place. Livestock Library gives you both — a roll-up across every property you run, and one click into any block to work it like it’s the only one.

This is the tier where AgriWebb is strongest, so it’s built to be no weaker: aggregate reporting across properties, roles that map to how a real station is run, and reliability that holds up when the operation is large. Whether it’s two blocks or two hundred thousand head across a pastoral portfolio, it’s one platform.

How it works

Whole company, single block.

01

Roll-up

Total head, mobs, and anything overdue — NLIS, treatments due — summed across every property on one dashboard.

02

Drill in

Click any property to drop into it: its mobs, its paddocks, its jobs, its books — the full detail for that block.

03

Scope people

Give each person access to just the properties they run, so a station manager sees their station and head office sees the lot.

Aggregate without losing the detail

The roll-up isn’t a dumbed-down summary — it’s the same records, totalled. So a number on the company dashboard is always one click from the animals behind it. Head office can watch overdue NLIS across the portfolio and a manager can see exactly which of their mobs is behind, from the same data.

Properties are first-class

Every animal, mob, movement and job belongs to a property, identified by its PIC. That’s what makes both the roll-up and the scoping possible: totals aggregate by property, and access is granted by property. Add a block and it slots into the roll-up; sell one and its history is retained.

Roles per station

Access is scoped to the properties a person is responsible for. A station manager works their station and nothing else; a contractor sees only where they’re engaged; the owner and head office see everything. Financial visibility is a separate control on top, so you can give a manager full stock access without opening the company books.
